Who is RAB?

In book 6, Dumbledore lost his life trying to find a locket, perhaps one of Voldemort's horcruxes, that belonged to RAB. Who do you think RAB is and what do you think is behind the locket that everyone wants?

I think that RAB stands for 'Regulus A. Black', Sirius's brother. After all, he did work for Voldemort, then wanted to back out. He supposedly is dead, but what if he really isn't?
As for the meaning of the locket, I haven't got a single guess.

I agree, I can't think of another explanation

I agree that RAB is Regulus Black. There's more evidence, though. When Harry, Ron and Hermione were cleaning out Grimmauld Place in Book 5, they found a "heavy golden locket that none of them could open" among the relics of the Black family's ownership of the house.
