In the meantime...
We are less than a month away from the release of the last book in the Harry Potter series. What are you reading in the meantime...while you are waiting? Are you rereading the HP series or is there another book or series of books that has grabbed your attention while you are waiting for the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

At the moment, while anxiously awaiting the arrival of DH, I am rereading a vampire series by Stephenie Meyer. The first book is called Twilight and the second is New Moon. They are amazing! I am also awaiting the arrival of the next book in that series - Eclipse, which comes out in August.
Aside from some my summer reading list of "serious books," I chose to read some grpahic novels. Lately I've read "Maus I" by Art Spiegelman, "Embroideries" by Marjane Satrapi, and "Chicken With Plums" by Marjane Satrapi. All were excellent. I also loved Satrapi's "Persepolis" series.
i am reading "the Dark is Rising" series by Susan Cooper on my own. when i finish those, i will reread the series(if i can). i am also reading "Haveing our Say" by the Delaney sisters and "Songs on Bronze" for school.
I have been rereading all of the Tamora Pierce books! They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!!! They are fantasy books with wonderful heroines that are sure to inspire any girl!!! My favorites are Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen. Tamora Pierce is definetly one of my favorite authors(JK Rowling is another of course!)
