Where/What are the Horcruxes?

In book 6, we see Dumbledore strive to find a locket, one of Voldemort's horcruxes, only to die after he found an imitation. So where is the real locket hidden, what are the other horcruxes, how many are left to find, and why will they be important in the upcoming final book in the series?

Supposedly, the horcruxes are things that Voldemort put pieces of his soul into so that he could return to power.

Maybe Harry's scar is a horcrux...or maybe Harry himself is one!

I think Harry's house in Godric Hollow was a horcrux.

We saw the locket in Book Five, in Grimmauld Place. Harry and the Weasleys were cleaning, remember? Among vast piles of junk, they found "a heavy golden locket that none of them could open." That's why I think R.A.B stands for Regulus Black.
