The wait is over! (Spoiler alert: some comments may include book 7 spoilers!)

Are you finished with the last book? Did you read straight through the weekend? What are your thoughts/opinions/comments? Are there any lingering questions you would like to ask J.K. Rowling? (Please be sensitive in your comments: not everyone has finished the book yet!)

I obtained the last harry potter book on the day it was released , i read it right through the weekend and to be honest i was impressed by how much harry hermione and ron had learnt and put into practice while searching for the remaining horcruxes the books have certainly matured and this is a prime example of the creative genius that is JK. All 7 seven books together are like a ring because most of the things we see at the start of the first books come full circle in the last everything that has happened to harry finally makes sense.

I received the book from Walmart on the day it was released (around 9:30 AM) by UPS. I read straight through the weekend and still go back and reread parts because it was fast paced at some parts and I felt the rush building up. It was fantastic and more than I could have ever imagined! Bless you JK!!! It was truly Magical!

I thought it was great. J.K. Rowling really packed a lot of action and suspense into this book. When I finished it I felt kind of bereft because I didn't want it to end. I would love to hear about the school days of the older generation in another set of books.

I would ask JK, who is Victoire?

I learned through recent interviews with JK Rowling that Victoire is Bill and Fleur Weasley's eldest daughter...hence the French name "Victoire," in honor of her mother's heritage!

The seventh book was the best.I couldn't belive Voldemort died by Harry's spell "Exspelliomous" against Voldemort's curse "Avada Keverda".

I got the book the day it was released at about noon, and finished it in one & a half days. I thought it was an excellent close to the series BUT I'M DYING FOR A PREQUEL!!! I cried when Tonks and Lupin Died too. :p. And fred, I don't understand WHY he had to die! He just died when the building collapsed. JK said she thinks though all her character deaths and they all have a reason, but what was his? Shock? I mean, Tonks and Lupin obviously died so that Harry would be the same to Teddy as Sirius was to Harry.
